The €1 trial charge is non-refundable. The trial gives you full access to ForgeBody for 7 days so you can evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.
If you purchase a Monthly plan (Founding Member €39/mo or Regular €59/mo) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase date. After 3 days, monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
To request a refund within the 3-day window, email support@tryforgebody.eu with your account email and purchase date.
UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Irish consumers have equivalent rights under SI 484/2013. This right applies unless the digital service has already commenced with your explicit consent, which you grant at checkout.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer billing portal. To access the portal, reply CANCEL on WhatsApp or email support@tryforgebody.eu.
Cancellation stops future charges. It does not trigger a refund for the current period unless you are within the 3-day window. UK/IE statutory consumer rights apply.
Refunds outside the policy above are at our sole discretion. We will consider requests in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues that prevented access to the service.
